Vortex™ is a two component material that is solvent and VOC free. It is a 100% solids product developed by over 50 years of coating technology. This product is designed for flooring, truck bed liners, cargo vans, trailers, decks, and virtually any hard surface. Vortex™ hardens in 4-6 seconds so there is no wait time before you can begin to use your truck again.

Polyurethanes (Rhino liners™) are known for their superior durability and chemical resistance factors. The Polyurea (Line-X™) is known for its high build and impact resistance. Vortex™ is a unique blend of Polyurethanes and Polyurea, offering a product that is the very best of both worlds. The Vortex™ system also offers the highest form of Ultraviolet protection from fading, discoloring and deterioration from sun exposure. Plus it dries in only 5 seconds (many liners take hours or days to cure). The material can be sprayed from 1/8 to 18 inches thick and the material bonds to itself so you can spray custom logos and graphics. Should you some how manage to damage the liner, it can easily be repaired (many liners cannot be re-sprayed due to their low adhesion ability).
